16B. IDispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or use of the Platforms:

Parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation
If unresolved, disputes may be referred to mediation or arbitration in Pretoria, South Africa
Court proceedings may be instituted only where alternative resolution fails
